Hope Forest is truly the house that Todd built. Our incredible volunteers make everything we do possible. Our mission requires a great deal of work; without our volunteers Inter-Faith simply could not function. Every once in a while, a volunteer truly goes above and beyond with indefatigable enthusiasm and generosity. Todd Smith, pictured above with Marsha Eichelberger, is such a volunteer.
If you didn’t make it to the ribbon cutting last month, check out the coverage from NBC10 of the opening of our new supportive housing program at Hope Forest.
Thank you to everyone who braved the cold and joined us for the Hope Forest ribbon cutting!
We held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 25 to showcase and celebrate Hope Forest, our new twin home in Ambler for two families in transition to self-sufficiency. The incredible generosity of the First Presbyterian Church of Ambler allowed us to purchase the house, and the help of countless volunteers and generous community donors allowed us to make it a home.
This month, we’d like to shift focus to one of our incredible volunteers, Jan Lattuca.
