Marsha joined Family Promise Montco (then Inter-Faith Housing Alliance) as Executive Director in 2013. Her career includes over fifteen years of non-profit experience. Prior to joining Family Promise, Marsha was Associate Executive Director for Community Services for the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley (CACLV), where she was responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the agency’s human services programs, ensuring excellence in the delivery of services across multiple programs. Her duties included supervision of program directors, development of new initiatives, fund development, and oversight of the agency’s overall volunteer program. Marsha began her career with CACLV at its Sixth Street Shelter, an emergency shelter for families with children.
After three successful years as the Coordinator of Volunteers, she was appointed director of the shelter and its two transitional housing programs. During her tenure, she oversaw two capital projects that renovated ten apartments and created five new apartments for the emergency shelter program.
Marsha has strengthened programs, expanded fundraising efforts, and launched the county’s first privately operated long-term supportive housing program since joining Family Promise. She holds a non-profit management certificate from LaSalle University.

Director of Program Services
As the Director of Program Services, Tiffany oversees our emergency, transitional, and supportive housing programs and our Food Pantry. She also facilitates educational classes for the families in the housing programs on an array of topics including parenting skills, employment, financial literacy, communication, and nutrition.
Tiffany has over ten years of social service and facilitation experience that spans various populations and demographics. She has gained experience and knowledge throughout the tri-state area as a Director of Social Services, Case Manager, Neurorehabilitation Specialist, and Family Resource Specialist. Currently, she holds certificates in Traumatic Brain Injuries and Financial Literacy. Tiffany has her bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from Temple University.

Devon has over ten years of social service. Her experience has afforded her opportunities to work with various populations throughout the tri-state area as a Director of SOAR Mentoring & Training Program, Program Manager of Rapid Re-Housing Services for Public Health Management Corporation, as well as an Intensive Case Manager. Devon holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Law from Temple University and a Masters in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. As the Case Manager, Devon works directly with the families in emergency shelter, Hope Gardens, Hope Forest, and Hope on Fifth, to help them reach their housing goals and to obtain resources related to their needs.

Food Pantry Manager
LaToya brings retail and management experience and lots of fresh new ideas to her role as Food Pantry Manager. While in college, she started at Nordstrom as a part-time salesperson, and soon she was promoted to Assistant Manager, a position she held for 7 years. She recently relocated to Montgomery County. She is looking forward to bringing her retail and customer service experience to enhance the programs at our Food Pantry.

Director of Technology and Administration
Debbie joined Family Promise in November 2020 in the role of Office Manager and in 2022 took on the role of Director of Technology and Administration, overseeing our Community Resource Program, office technology, and our administrative team. She leverages her technical skills gained from a lengthy career as a Program Manager with a large technology company. She also serves as a Trustee and leads the Technology Ministry at her church.

Community Engagement Manager
As the Community Engagement Manager, Sue connects community members to meaningful volunteer work that capitalizes on their skills and passions, oversees the volunteer program, and utilizes community resources that will sustain our programming. Sue has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Juniata College. She has ten years’ experience in housing and volunteer coordination as the Program Director of Interfaith Hospitality Network at Keystone Opportunity Center in Souderton. At Keystone Sue expanded the Network to add volunteer congregations in the Upper Bucks region; helped implement the Your Way Home Program and the Bucks County Housing Link; and executed the first Point-In-Time homeless counts in Bucks County, which resulted in more Code Blue Shelters.

Administration & Community Resource Coordinator
Kyla establishes needs, connects, and schedules volunteers within the community. She uses her previous experience as a trip coordinator and trip leader for short term mission trips to support programming and community groups. She also provides administrative support in the office. She graduated from Waynesburg University with a dual-specialty degree in Electronic Media and Media Ministry and also uses her media background to contribute to various media endeavors.

Finance and Human Resources Manager
Anne has been working with Family Promise part-time since September 2014. Before coming on board as a staff member, Anne volunteered for us through her church during the month that they host families in our emergency shelter, the Interfaith Hospitality Network. Anne also works part-time as the Bookkeeper for Mattie Dixon Community Cupboard here in Ambler.

Catherine joined Family Promise in 2016. As Development Coordinator, she is responsible for event planning, management of the website and CRM system, contributions to social media accounts and the monthly newsletter, and donor appeals and other mailings. She has more than 10 years of experience in nonprofit development and administration.
