Here’s how to access help with housing or food from Family Promise Montco PA. Please note that our housing programs are restricted to families with one or more children under the age of 18.
Our food pantry, located in Roslyn, is open to Montgomery County residents. Please bring photo ID on your first visit. Households are limited to one visit every two weeks. Visit our food pantry page for more information, location, and hours.
Our emergency shelter is filled by referral from the Your Way Home Montgomery County program. It is not possible to access our shelter by calling our office directly. Dial the Your Way Home helpline at 610.278.3522 or email homeless@montgomerycounty.pa.gov to access emergency shelter. The helpline is available 24/7 and offers ADA accessible communication and Spanish language services.
Low-income families facing a housing crisis are eligible to participate in our housing programs at Hope Gardens, Hope Forest, and Hope on Fifth. Clients participate in case management, education, and financial literacy programs. Applicants must be employed (at least 30 hours) and be able to pay a monthly rent. At this time we are not accepting applications for transitional housing.
Family Promise Montco PA does not provide rental assistance at this time. We are not aware of any rental assistance currently available in Montgomery County.
