Stamping Out Hunger at the Food Pantry

It took 12 volunteers to process the huge donation that came in from the U.S. Postal Service’s Stamp Out Hunger event on Saturday, May 13! The Abington Post Office facilitated the donation of 1,350.5 pounds of food, and the Willow Grove Post Office contributed an additional 1,547 pounds.

If you’d like to contribute food or personal care items this month, we’re always collecting items from the list at our website. And see our article above about collecting summer snacks for the children we serve! As always, we thank you for your support of our neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

The pantry is located at 2801 Woodland Road, Roslyn, on the campus of Salem Baptist Church.
