25 Jul A BIG Year End Report from the Food Pantry

We’ve been totaling up our numbers for our fiscal year, which just ended on June 30. Thanks to YOUR generosity, we provided food to 2,287 individuals last year! We distributed a whopping 170,532 pounds of food and provided 190 families with Thanksgiving bundles. 155 volunteers and more than 300 donating families, businesses, congregations, and organizations made all of this possible, and we’re so grateful.

If you’d like to contribute, we’ve got a few empty spots on the shelves this month:

diapers, size 6, and baby wipes
paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc.)
cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry pods, multipurpose cleaner, sponges)

And we’re always collecting items from the list at our website. As always, we appreciate your support of our neighbors experiencing food insecurity

The pantry is located at 2801 Woodland Road, Roslyn, on the campus of Salem Baptist Church.
Donations of food and other items are accepted on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm. Please ensure that all items have labels, are within the expiration date, and are properly sealed.
Food distribution occurs on Mondays from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm.
