There’s a New Face at the Food Cupboard!

Meet our Food Cupboard Manager, Rachael McNeill, who joined us this month. We’re so glad to welcome her!

Rachael brings a passion for community service to her new role at the Cupboard. She is a reading captain for Readby4th, has planned literacy events, and recently worked with PA State Senator Art Haywood on his Reading Spaces Everywhere grant to install little libraries in her community. Rachael also volunteers as a Girl Scout troop leader and cookie manager, event planner for Ally Day for the Just Fight Foundation, and was vice president of the Parent Teacher Organization at her daughter’s school.

Somehow, Rachael also has found the time for successful stints as a real estate agent and in landscaping, where she excelled in customer service, data and finance organization, and—of course—time management!

“I’m so pleased to be joining the Inter-Faith Food Cupboard,” Rachael said. “I’m Abington born and bred, and I can’t wait to serve our community in this very meaningful new way.”
