Office Support Volunteers are the bright smiles and strong souls that support the daily functions of FP Montco. Thanks to Mare, pictured above, who has been a part of our team for ten months.  An organizational goal is to be available all day for those that help, information, or just a listening ear – our Office Support Volunteers make that possible.

Office Support Volunteers help us keep our community informed and prepared. When in the office our volunteers…
📞 Answer the phone and help folks in the community find the resources they need.
🚪 Answer the door to safely welcome donors, volunteers, and community members into our building.
📦 Welcome donors, when folks bring donations Office Support Volunteers are available to welcome, help, and prepare the donations for distribution.

When needed, Office Support Volunteers also…
🖥️ Complete tasks in programs like the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, or Excel) or our virtual database.
🎫 Help prepare for events.
