Calling real estate professionals — we want to hear from you!

When families exit Inter-Faith programs, they are ready to take on the challenge of maintaining safe and stable homes. But affordable rents in our county are difficult to come by, perhaps now more than ever.

Our families need your support.

Are you a landlord who values profit and people? Or are you connected with property owners who are looking to rent homes or condos?

We would love to partner with you to place our program’s “graduate families,” which have members who are employed, have savings, and have been successful tenants at Hope Gardens or Hope Forest. They have the tools and track record to move permanently from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Our intense and educational programs, including a 90-day emergency shelter, transitional housing at Hope Gardens and two supportive housing apartments at Hope Forest all but guarantee those families will make ideal, reliable tenants.

If you know of anyone who’d be willing to support our hardworking families, please contact Caroline Theis, our case manager, at 215-628-2334 or ctheis@fpmontco.org.
