15 Aug We’ve Got Wheels!

While some of our families in emergency shelter have cars, many rely on public transportation or volunteers to get them to and from host congregations. For this and many other reasons, having a van has been a dream of ours for a long time now. Finally, thanks to the leadership and support of Rusty Beardsley and five local Rotary clubs, we have been able to lease one as a trial for three months and have secured most of the funding to make the van a permanent reality.
