The Families of Inter-Faith Housing Alliance Need Your Help!

When families exit Inter-Faith Housing Alliance programs, they are ready to take on the challenge of maintaining a safe and stable home. But rents in Montgomery County are historically high, and apartments with affordable rents are scarce. The answer is strikingly simple: families need landlords willing to help.

Are you a landlord interested in profit and people? Inter-Faith Housing would like to partner with landlords in Montgomery County to help place their graduate families into affordable apartments. Graduate families are employed, have savings, and have been successful tenants at Hope Gardens and Hope Forest. They have the tools and track record they need to move permanently from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Our intense and educational programs, including a 90-day emergency shelter, transitional housing at Hope Gardens, and two supportive housing apartments at Hope Forest, all but guarantee that these families will make ideal tenants.
