It was a busy holiday at our food pantry in Abington- over 200 people came in for Christmas needs alone! Thankfully, Gerhard’s Appliances had just donated a brand new, incredibly beautiful and incredibly HUGE refrigerator. This donation, facilitated by one of our volunteers, allows us to provide more healthy, fresh food to those in need. We could not be more grateful to this local, family owned business for helping out so many families. If you’re in the market for a large or small appliance or mattress, we highly recommend them. Also, the food pantry is in need of pasta sauce and condiments of all kinds. We thank you in advance for picking up an extra can of spaghetti sauce or a bottle of ketchup next time you visit the grocery store!
