20 Aug An evening of fun at the Ambler Y

We’re so grateful for our longtime partnership with the Ambler YMCA. They generously support our families year round by providing membership and childcare scholarships to our residents. And every summer, the Y treats our parents and kids to a party at their pavilion and pool, complete with hot dogs on the grill!

The party would not be possible without the help of many dedicated volunteers. The Community Outreach Group at Boehm’s United Church of Christ, led by Judy Keller, provided fabulous picnic food and helped set up. Volunteers from Gwynedd Friends Meeting supplied food, paper goods, a delicious cake, refreshing ice cream sandwiches, and cold beverages. Congregants from St. Rose of Lima, led by Anita Fleming, provided games, splashed with our kiddos, and helped serve food; Rusty Beardsley and Paul Gregory drove families to the Y.

We thank everyone who attended and helped our families make summer memories that will be cherished for years to come!
