Every nonprofit needs a strong and effective board of directors to fully realize its potential to do good.

Board members don’t just attend meetings and fundraisers. They advocate for their organizations. They identify and secure the resources and partnerships needed to advance its mission. Here at Inter-Faith, we know how lucky we are to have so many outstanding board members, but we would love to get to know more people in our Ambler community!

That’s why I’m excited to invite you to a special networking event on Thursday, December 6 at Ambler Yards from 5pm-7pm. If you are a leader (or aspiring leader) and have the time, energy, and passion to serve on a nonprofit board of directors, we want to meet you.

This Nonprofit Board Recruitment Networking event is a tremendous opportunity to connect with Inter-Faith and other local grassroots organizations—like the Montgomery County Senior Adult Activities Center (S.A.A.C.), Pennypack Farm & Education Center, and the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund—that are seeking to expand their boards.
