20 Aug Volunteer Translators Needed
As our Food Pantry serves a growing and increasingly diverse community, we are seeing more visitors whose primary language is not English, particularly those who speak Ukrainian, Russian, and Spanish. To help ensure every family can access important information and services, we are seeking volunteer translators who can assist with translating forms and other commonly used pantry documents.
This is a flexible, remote volunteer opportunity that can fit into your schedule. Documents can be emailed directly to volunteers for translation, and our Food Pantry Coordinator, Jen, will provide coordination and support throughout the process. Whether you are bilingual, a student, teacher, retired educator, or someone with strong language skills, your talents can make a meaningful impact.
By helping bridge language barriers, you can ensure that every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and supported. If you are interested in volunteering or would like to learn more, please contact Jen at 267-318-0607 or food@fpmontco.org.
