Our clients love the fresh produce we are providing this summer! We are so grateful to all of you who have donated veggies from your gardens, especially to our longtime donors from Congregation Beth Or’s “Corner of Our Land.”

Thank you also to the Abington Township Free Library for choosing the Cupboard to benefit from the Food for Fines program this month and to Xcentric Hair Studio for running a donation drive for us (still going on if you want to stop in!). Shout outs to St. Rose of Lima for the fresh bread, St. Luke’s, and of course our amazing Abington community for your ongoing support.

If you’d like to make a donation, here’s what we could use right now:

Coffee (1 pound can)
Tea
Baking items: mixes, oils, cooking spray, icing, sugar, flour
Canned meat
Peanut butter and jelly
Tomato sauce and tomato products: diced, crushed, stewed
Pasta
Canned pasta: Chef Boyardee, Spaghetti O’s
Granola and cereal bars
Pancake mix and syrup
Oatmeal
Macaroni and cheese
Boxes and/or packets of potatoes
Rice
Ramen noodles
Sweet and salty snacks: crackers, cookies, trail mix, chips
Condiments
Canned fruit and vegetables
Juice bottles or boxes
Diapers and wipes
Feminine products
Paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, tissues
Laundry detergent
Cleaning products
Hand and bar soap
Shampoo and conditioner
Toothpaste and tooth brushes
Large brown grocery bags

The Cupboard is located at 1250 Easton Road, Roslyn (brick building behind Living Word Lutheran Church).
Donations are accepted on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm.
Food distribution occurs on Mondays from 5:30 to 7 pm and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 11 am to 1 pm.
Call ahead to confirm daily hours, which can be affected by inclement weather.
