The 26th Annual Golf Tournament
Another golf tournament is in the books! We had a beautiful, sunny day at Talamore Country Club, with 119 golfers, 31 sponsors, 118 raffle ticket buyers, and 13 volunteers helping us raise more than $40,000 to benefit our programs to address homelessness and hunger in our local community. Congratulations to the winning foursome—Erin Cohen, Roger Zacharia, Pete Penna, and Pat Kelly—and to the eight winners of the Super-Raffle!
The outing would not be possible without the talents of our golf committee, who have been meeting for months to plan the outing. Thank you to Rick Rodes (chair), Lei Barry, Shelia Carter, Erin Cohen, Gene Davidov, Bob Walters, and Tom Wynn for your hard work, generosity, and creativity.
Our faithful volunteers come back year after year to help—and we’re so glad they do.
