Family Promise Montco and Family Promise of the Main Line staff and board members proudly participated in HealthSpark’s Community of Practice “Building Community Leadership” on March 28. This event brought together leaders, organizations, and community members to share their experiences and discuss impactful ways to foster positive change in Montgomery County. The program provided a valuable opportunity to reflect, exchange ideas, and deepen our understanding of empowering community leadership.

Participants engaged in discussions focused on how nonprofit leaders in Montgomery County navigate uncertainty with courage and hope. Key messages included: focusing locally, working with partners, and avoiding duplicating efforts. In times of uncertainty, coming together with community leaders strengthens our resolve and propels Family Promise forward, embracing the change we seek.
