14 Apr We (Still) Need Your Help at Hope on Fifth
You might have heard that Hope on Fifth, a house with two apartments in Lansdale, will join Hope Forest as an additional location for our Supportive Housing Program, for families who need just light support as they transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency.
We’re now renovating the upstairs apartment at Hope on Fifth and we’re aiming to be done by the end of April if we can! Projects include retiling the shower walls, replacing the kitchen countertop, painting, cleaning, hanging window blinds, installing light fixtures, cleaning up the yard, and planting flower beds. If DIY isn’t your thing, you can help by donating materials like paint, blinds, appliances, fixtures, carpet, or ceiling fans.
Volunteer as an individual or round up a group for a day of service by signing up at the link and Sue Zomberg, our Community Resource Manager, will be in touch to discuss how you’d like to be involved.
