Here’s how to access help with housing or food from Family Promise. Please note that our housing programs are restricted to families with one or more children under the age of 18.

Food Pantry

Our food pantry, located in Roslyn, is open to Montgomery County residents. Please bring photo ID on your first visit. Households are limited to one visit every two weeks. Visit our food pantry page for more information, location, and hours.

Emergency Shelter

Our emergency shelter is filled by referral from the Your Way Home Montgomery County program. It is not possible to access our shelter by calling our office directly. Dial the Your Way Home helpline at 610.278.3522 or email homeless@montgomerycounty.pa.gov to access emergency shelter. The helpline is available 24/7 and offers ADA accessible communication and Spanish language services.

Housing Programs

Low-income families facing a housing crisis are eligible to participate in our housing programs at Hope Gardens, Hope Forest, and Hope on Fifth. Clients participate in case management, education, and financial literacy programs. We are not currently accepting applications for our housing programs.

Rental and Utility Assistance

We are not providing rental or utility assistance at this time.
