By joining forces as one unified Family Promise team, we’ve already experienced our ability to respond more quickly, support more families, and create meaningful, lasting changes in our community.
Through a powerful partnership, we’ve expanded our reach and deepened our impact—especially through the 2025 Diversion, Stabilization, and Prevention Program.
So far this year, we’ve supported 19 families and 49 children—a total of 70 individuals served.
These figures reflect those who received direct financial assistance, but the impact goes far beyond the numbers. Nearly everyone who reached out also received additional resources and light case management, even if financial aid wasn’t available.
One story that highlights this impact is that of C., a single father of two young boys. C. lost his job and found it difficult to keep up with rent. In looking for resources to avoid eviction, he found Family Promise. With our support and the security of a new job, C. and his sons are now able to remain in their stable home and look ahead with hope. This is the power of partnership.
